I listened
to an 18 minute talk given by a doctor of social work and a researcher of human

of Elijah
Shame is the
fear of disconnection Satan
Shame is

Authenticity
-- is necessary.
Certainty is not.
Blame is a way
to discharge pain and discomfort.
Perfection
is false.
Vulnerability
can be the birthplace of joy, of creativity, of belonging, of love.
Recognizing Atonement
Recognizing Atonement

Enough
grants worthiness. God Love Me
Knowledge of
